En accedir i utilitzar Black Privé, acceptes i estàs d’acord a quedar vinculat per aquestes Condicions del Servei. Si no hi estàs d’acord, no pots utilitzar la nostra plataforma.
DESCRIPCIÓ DEL SERVEI
Black Privé és una plataforma tecnològica que connecta usuaris amb agències, agents compradors, promotors i altres professionals immobiliaris. Oferim:
- Llistats immobiliaris de luxe curats
- Accés a oportunitats immobiliàries exclusives
- Intel·ligència de mercat i informació
- Connexió amb professionals immobiliaris de luxe verificats
Important: Excepte a Andorra, on Black Privè Immobiliaria SLU opera directament com a agència immobiliària llicenciada, Black Privé NO és una agència immobiliària. No proporcionem assessorament ni serveis immobiliaris en aquests mercats. Totes les transaccions es realitzen entre els usuaris i els professionals immobiliaris associats. La plataforma proporciona exclusivament serveis promocionals i de generació comercial de contactes per a professionals autoritzats, els quals assumeixen l’única responsabilitat de gestionar les transaccions de compravenda.
ELEGIBILITAT DE L’USUARI
Per utilitzar Black Privé, has de:
- Tenir com a mínim 18 anys
- Tenir capacitat legal per subscriure acords
- Proporcionar informació precisa i completa
- Utilitzar la plataforma únicament amb finalitats immobiliàries legítimes
OBLIGACIONS DE L’USUARI
Ús Permès
Pots utilitzar Black Privé per:
- Navegar per llistats immobiliaris de luxe
- Contactar amb professionals immobiliaris
- Rebre actualitzacions i informació de mercat
- Accedir a oportunitats immobiliàries exclusives
Activitats Prohibides
No pots:
- Proporcionar informació falsa o enganyosa
- Utilitzar sistemes automatitzats (bots, scrapers) per accedir al contingut
- Interferir amb el funcionament de la plataforma
- Intentar obtenir accés no autoritzat
- Utilitzar la plataforma per a activitats il·legals
- Reproduir, distribuir o explotar comercialment el contingut sense permís
- Assetjar, abusar o perjudicar altres usuaris o professionals immobiliaris
PROPIETAT INTEL·LECTUAL
Tot el contingut de Black Privé, incloent-hi, entre altres:
- Llistats i descripcions de propietats
- Imatges i mitjans
- Disseny i funcionalitat de la plataforma
- Marques i logotips
És propietat de Black Privé SA i/o Black Privè Immobiliaria SLU, segons correspongui a cada mercat, o es troba sota llicència de tercers. L’ús no autoritzat està prohibit.
PRIVACITAT I DADES
La teva privacitat és important per a nosaltres. Si us plau, consulta la nostra Política de Privacitat i la Política de Cookies per entendre com recollim, utilitzem i protegim la teva informació.
INFORMACIÓ IMMOBILIÀRIA
Precisió
- La informació de les propietats és proporcionada per agències associades, agents compradors, promotors i altres professionals immobiliaris
- Els professionals immobiliaris associats són responsables de la precisió i integritat de la informació de les propietats
- A Andorra, la informació de les propietats gestionades directament per Black Privè Immobiliaria SLU és responsabilitat de Black Privè Immobiliaria SLU com a agència llicenciada
- Ens esforcem per mantenir la qualitat de la plataforma però no podem garantir la precisió de la informació de les propietats
- La disponibilitat i els preus de les propietats poden canviar sense previ avís
- Verifica sempre la informació de manera independent amb el professional immobiliari corresponent
Sense Garantia
Black Privé proporciona la informació de les propietats “tal qual”, sense garanties de cap tipus.
LIMITACIÓ DE RESPONSABILITAT
En la màxima mesura permesa per la llei:
- No som responsables de danys indirectes, incidentals o conseqüents
- La nostra responsabilitat total es limita a l’import que hagis pagat pels serveis (si escau)
- No som responsables del contingut o serveis de tercers
- No garantim un servei ininterromput o lliure d’errors
INDEMNITZACIÓ
Acceptes indemnitzar i eximir de responsabilitat Black Privé SA i Black Privè Immobiliaria SLU davant qualsevol reclamació, dany o despesa derivada de l’ús que facis de la plataforma o de l’incompliment d’aquestes condicions.
FINALITZACIÓ
Ens reservem el dret de finalitzar o suspendre el teu accés en qualsevol moment, amb o sense causa, inclòs per incompliment d’aquestes condicions.
MODIFICACIONS
Ens reservem el dret de modificar aquestes Condicions del Servei en qualsevol moment. Els canvis materials es comunicaran per correu electrònic o mitjançant notificacions de la plataforma.
LLEI APLICABLE
Aquestes Condicions del Servei es regeixen per les lleis d’Andorra. Qualsevol disputa es resoldrà als tribunals d’Andorra.
DIVISIBILITAT
Si alguna disposició d’aquestes condicions es considera inaplicable, la resta de disposicions continuaran en vigor amb plena eficàcia.
ACORD COMPLET
Aquestes Condicions del Servei, juntament amb la nostra Política de Privacitat i Política de Cookies, constitueixen l’acord complet entre tu i Black Privé.

By accessing and using Black Privé, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform.

Black Privé is a technology platform connecting users with agencies, buyer agents, promoters and other real estate professionals. We provide:
- Curated luxury property listings
- Access to exclusive real estate opportunities
- Market intelligence and insights
- Connection with verified luxury real estate professionals
Important: Except in Andorra, where Black Privé Immobiliària SLU operates directly as a licensed real estate agency, Black Privé is not a real estate agency. We do not provide real estate advice or services in these markets. All transactions are between users and partner real estate professionals. The platform exclusively provides promotional and commercial lead generation services for authorized professionals, who bear sole responsibility for managing the purchase and sale transactions.
USER ELIGIBILITY
To use Black Privé, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into agreements
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Use the platform for legitimate real estate purposes only
USER OBLIGATIONS
Permitted Use
You may use Black Privé to:
- Browse luxury property listings
- Contact real estate professionals
- Receive market updates and insights
- Access exclusive property opportunities
Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access content
- Interfere with platform functionality
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access
- Use the platform for illegal activities
- Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit content without permission
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or real estate professionals
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on Black Privé, including but not limited to:
- Property listings and descriptions
- Images and media
- Platform design and functionality
- Trademarks and logos
Is owned by Black Privé SA and/or Black Privé Immobiliària SLU, as applicable to each market, or licensed from third parties.
PRIVACY AND DATA
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
REAL ESTATE INFORMATION
Accuracy
- Property information is provided by partner agencies, buyer agents, promoters and other real estate professionals
- Partner real estate professionals are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of property information
- We strive to maintain platform quality but cannot guarantee property information accuracy
- Property availability and pricing may change without notice
- Always verify information independently with the respective real estate professional
In Andorra, property information for listings managed directly by Black Privé Immobiliària SLU is the responsibility of Black Privé Immobiliària SLU as the licensed agency.
No Warranty
Black Privé provides property information “as is” without warranties of any kind.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services (if any)
- We are not responsible for third-party content or services
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Black Privé SA and Black Privè Immobiliària SLU from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.
TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these terms.
MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through email or platform notifications.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Andorra. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Andorra.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Black Privé.
