Sun-Facing Contemporary Villa with Panoramic Atlantic Views in Calheta

Calheta, Madeira. Two minutes from the beach, and a plot oriented entirely and deliberately toward the open Atlantic — a position that this design phase has taken very seriously from the very first line drawn. This contemporary three-bedroom villa, currently in design and built entirely around an open-concept living area with generous floor-to-ceiling glazing, places the ocean at the very centre of daily life rather than at the edge of it. A pool facing the unbroken horizon, covered and uncovered balconies for different and distinct moments of the same extraordinary view, three en-suite bedrooms, and A+ energy rating. Some views do not need to be framed or filtered. They simply need to be faced directly.
