South-Facing Villa with Pool and Atlantic Views in Ponta do Sol,

269 metres above the ocean, south-facing, on the slopes of Pico da Amendoeira in Ponta do Sol — a position where the Atlantic is not a feature but the permanent defining constant. From the open-plan living area flowing to the generous terrace, from the three south-facing suites, from the pool and jacuzzi, and from the barbecue area conceived for long lunches and sunset dinners with the ocean as the only backdrop, the sea and the green valleys remain ever present at every hour. A remodelled contemporary villa where architecture was conceived around the light, landscape and mild climate that make this part of Madeira unlike anywhere else. The ocean reaches a quiet and permanent agreement with the architecture.
